Initially trained at The Admiral Rodney in Bradfield, Jamie has 14 years of experience and qualifications in haute cuisine and his food is characterised by an unshaken commitment to sourcing fresh produce from close to home.

Jamie not only spends time talking to local suppliers and growers ensuring that all the food – whether that be for breakfast, lunch, dinner or from any of the varied menus within Mosborough Hall – leaves a lasting impression.
